I got fitted for my leg brace last Friday but it's not ready yet. When I do get it, I'm going to have to wear tennis shoes with it, even with my work clothes--what a fashion statement! I am still going to physical therapy and hope to be walking on my own by the end of January.
Kelsey planned a "bake day" for all the ladies in our family last Sat. so with all those hands, I got a lot of baked goods but didn't have to do all the work--it was a lot of fun!
I hope you're all enjoying this joyous season as much as I am. I wish you peace and God's blessings!!!
Congratulations. Things are sounding pretty upbeat in Sunny California. Holidays, cookies, less meds, less time spent. Good for you. Glad you have some great news. Now we just have to get you all healed! God is certainly working miracles for you and in you. Praise His name! May peace and comfort be with you all this season of miracles!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you and your loved ones, Jana! I'm always thinking of you and will forever be in awe of your strength, both spiritually and psychologically. You are an inspiration and a true miracle. Kelsey is now old enough to understand how great a mom she has. You've come a long way since I last saw you. You are always in my thoughts and prayers. Take care, my friend, and we'll see each other sometime early next year when I'm in town.
