Thursday, Feb 26, 2009

Today I had my third radiation treatment. Unfortunately, I have not been able to hold down any food for the past couple of days because the area being radiated is effecting my digestive tract, causing me to be extremely weak. I continue to treasure your prayers and enjoy reading your comments. Thank you for your care and concern.

    Hi Jana! I'm sorry to hear that you have not been feeling well from the radiation. I am thinking of you today hoping you are getting some relief from the pain! The retirement party for Michele was nice yesterday, but we missed seeing your smiling face there. Elvis sure entertained the crowd and Michele was out there dancing with him. I know she appreciated your part in the planning and being there with her in thought and spirit. Love you!

    Hi Jana, just wanted to that we are all praying fo U, not only @ wk., but @ my church too. Irene & I started a prayer tree, during this lent time, till we see U with us again. Sorry to hear that radiation is upstting your digestive tract, but U will se some relief soon. Remember our Lord said "Fear not, for I am with U, do not look around U in terror & be dismayed. he will stregthen & harden U thur difficulties, I will help U. He will hold U up & retain U with his right hand of rightness (Isaiah 41:10) know that your LADS/Contracts family if here. Hugs, lv ya and miss U. Luz :)

    Dear Jana,
    Please continue to be strong. You are in my thoughts and prayers. As Diane said, Michele's partay was a blast, and she truly enjoyed dancing with Elvis. Her beautiful smile remained on throughout the whole soiree. We also had several photographers and camcorders going. We'll share them with you once those are developed.
